Up to 2 Months Free Promotion

One Month Free subject to a pre-paid annual membership, the new member pays for 11 months and receives the 12th FREE.

Second Free Month is applicable if the 30 Days to Success programme is completed. Once all the criteria set out in the 30-days to success is completed, the new member will receive the next month FREE.

  • Member must complete a workout at least 4 times within the first 30 days.
  • Member must participate in at least two classes within the first 30 days.
  • Member must  attend the new member welcome event.
  • Member must attend an initial gym induction / fitness MOT and also the 4-week fitness re-programme within the first 30 days.
  • Record of visits must be signed by a member of the health club team which will be verified via our membership system.
  • For advanced payment members, the free month will be added to the end of their current membership term.
  • Direct debit paying member, the next available monthly direct debit will be free.

The campaign will run until December 31st online. The 12 day pass must be activated before 31/12/24. 12 days must be taken consecutively.

Valid for 12-month contracts only. Joining or Admin fees apply. If paying by Direct Debit, first Direct Debit will be taken on the 1st January followed by eleven monthly payments. If paying 12-months in advance, the payment is made on the date of joining with a renewal date of 1st January 2026.

The full 30 Days to Success programme must be completed with the following criteria:

Free One Day Trial

Terms and conditions apply. This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Charges may apply to some facilities/services. The trial pass entitles the user to use a QHotels Group Health club for one day. To activate your FREE 1 Day Health Club Trial simply present the voucher at your chosen QHotels Group Health Club. Please telephone in advance to arrange your visit. The trial pass entitles the holder to use the facilities free of charge, with the exception of some chargeable activities – please call in advance of your visit if in doubt. Availability cannot be guaranteed – booking in advance may remove risk of non-entry. On arrival at your chosen Health Club you will be met by a team member to discuss your fitness goals and membership requirements. Only one free day trial pass offer can be redeemed per person in any 12 month period. The voucher must be used within 14 days of download. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. The QHotels Collection Health Clubs reserves the right to refuse admission. If for any reason the voucher holders are refused permission no explanation is necessary and the Club cannot be held responsible. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure that they have taken adequate medical precautions before using facilities. Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted. At Nottingham Belfry Health Club, proof of I.D will be required. If you attend using the “Free Trial” you must bring photographic ID.

2 Months Free Member Referral

New member must join onto a 12 month peak or off peak membership to qualify. The two free months will be given after the referred new member has completed the first 3 months of membership.

4 Week Paid Trial Membership

The offer is only available to those in the prospect database. All new members must pay the trial cost of the 4 week membership trial and complete an application form with direct debit details at the time of joining, including pro-rata of the first direct debit. Offer is subject to a 12-month agreement with the opportunity to cancel the membership anytime within the first 30 days in writing and must be acknowledge by the Leisure Club Manager. If no cancellation is received, then the prospect is bound to the 12-month membership terms and conditions.

Open Evening

  7. This taster session may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer.
